Weekly classes
Each class is capped at twelve people. Spaces shown below are for this week. Drop-ins welcome if there's room; if you're a regular, a ten-class card reserves your place.
Beginner Yoga
No experience needed. We'll cover the foundations, move gently, and leave time to settle. Everything provided.
Morning Vinyasa
A flowing, energising practice linking breath and movement. For anyone with some experience or a willingness to learn as we go.
Improver Yoga
For anyone past the basics who wants to build strength, balance, and awareness. We'll explore deeper poses and longer holds.
Restorative Evening
Slow, calming poses held for several minutes. Perfect for winding down after a day, or for anyone seeking gentleness.
All-levels weekend session
A longer class, mid-paced and accessible to all. No Monday rush, plenty of time to explore.
Monthly workshop
Deep practice, once a month
On the first Saturday of each month, we hold a two-hour workshop open to all levels. These sessions explore a theme in depth — breathwork one month, deep stretches the next, seasonal practice after that — and give you time to settle in without the clock pressing.
Spaces are limited to eight people. These fill quickly, so please book ahead by getting in touch.
How to book
Drop in
Come along on the day if there's a space. We'll have you in within five minutes of the start time.
Reserve ahead
If you're a regular or the class is nearly full, drop us a line to book your spot. We keep the list simple.
Ten-class card
Buy a card and you get a reserved space in your chosen class each week. Pay once, practise all term.
No equipment needed
We provide mats, blocks, straps, and blankets. Just bring yourself and wear something you can move in.
Who each class is for
Beginner Yoga
No experience necessary. We'll start from the ground and build at a pace that leaves room for questions. If you've never done yoga, or if it's been years, this is where to begin.
Improver Yoga
For anyone who's done some classes and wants to go further. We'll hold poses longer, explore deeper variations, and build the awareness that comes with time on the mat.
Morning Vinyasa
A flowing practice that links breath with movement. Energising and warming. Suited to anyone who enjoys moving, or who wants their yoga to feel like a proper workout.
Restorative Evening
Slow, supported poses held for five to ten minutes. A practice for unwinding, for gentle days, or for anyone seeking calm. No movement required, just presence.
